Kingsley Hall is a community centre and is in constant use by the local community.

Hall hire for private bookings is usually reserved for Friday evening 4:30pm-11:00pm; all of Saturday 10:00am - 11:00p.m.; and Sunday 3:00pm - 10:30pm.

There is room at other times for meetings and for important local community needs. Parties will be restricted during the week.

Kingsley Hall, Bromley-by-Bow in the East End of London is an excellent location for smaller weddings and family events. There are presently two halls hired out for seminars, conferences, weddings, parties etc. The "Main Hall" is a grand historical space with oak panelled walls and an oak floor, while the "Extension" is modern and bright. The Extension has direct access to the kitchen while the "Main Hall" has access to the kitchen by arrangement.

There are neighbours close by so extremely loud music is not possible. The premises are only hired out until 11:00p.m., and 10:30p.m. on Sundays. You will also be expected to do your own cleaning of the premises when your event finishes.

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a £100 returnable deposit. Hire costs are additional to that and are shown below. The hire cost is based on a minimal four hour booking and then the hourly rate gets cheaper every four hours. Please note that all payments by cheque must be made at least ten working days before the booking date, payable to: Kingsley Hall Community Centre.

Kingsley Hall is a centre managed and used by the local community. Kingsley Hall is also a charity and your booking fees are essential to the running costs, and will help enable all the great things that go on here, including the main youth club of the local area. The building is run by volunteers and only one member of staff, so please be patient if you don't get an immediate response, and please feel free to phone again. Visits can be arranged at your convenience, including nights and weekends, and we are always open if you want to pop by on Wednesdays 11:00a.m.- 1p.m. and on Fridays 2p.m.- 4p.m.
